Dreaming of a Child

Family Planning

Something begins. A thought, a longing, a small image of what life might look like when a baby arrives in your home. The future is still hazy, sometimes overwhelming, but there’s already a gentle light flickering within it. We are here to help ensure that this time of waiting is not filled with worry, but becomes a safe, loving journey.

Accompanying you from the very first thought – clarity and safety

Starting a family often begins with a quiet longing—an image of what it might be like to become a parent. In these moments, we do not just look toward the future; we also turn inward. We revisit our own childhood memories, our feelings toward our parents, the patterns we wish to carry forward, and the ones we hope to reshape. Family planning is as much about this inner tuning as it is about preparing for what lies ahead.

In a supportive, safe space, we explore together how your vision of motherhood or fatherhood is forming. We talk about physical preparation, lifestyle changes, and the emotions, hopes or fears connected to becoming a parent — both individually and as a couple.

Self-awareness and conscious preparation help you begin this journey with stability, openness and a sense of inner strength. If you would like an experienced companion who listens to your questions, makes room for your feelings, and supports you in seeing yourselves more clearly as future parents, we are here for you — from the very first spark.

After 3-5 consultation sessions, many couples feel they better understand their challenges and can release the fears that have held them back.

 Ready for Parenthood

Preparation Course

Parenthood is the gateway to a whole new world. Most people prepare for birth but this journey goes far beyond that. It’s not just 24 hours — it’s more like 24 years… Come and prepare with us, with care and safety — so that when you step through this door, you already feel at home.

Entering the doorway of parenthood with awareness

The doorway to parenthood is exciting yet full of questions: what will the rhythm of those first days look like? How do we care for the baby? How does bonding unfold? And how can we stay connected to each other as partners while becoming parents?
In our course, you will receive both practical knowledge and self-awareness tools. We talk about newborn care, breastfeeding, sleep, the nature of crying, and how you can build secure attachment from the very first moments. Playful exercises and conversations help you enter parenthood feeling prepared and confident — while also understanding the maternal and paternal examples working unconsciuosly in you.

This journey is not about becoming “fully ready,” but about consciously building a solid foundation for caring for your baby and growing into your new roles. Patience is key in this process. We welcome you with warmth, so you can begin this shared preparation already during pregnancy.

The course is available as a 4-day group program or a 3-day private (couples) format.

Day 1 – Morning

Who We Are – Where We Come From

We begin by exploring your personal and relational roots: your couple dynamics, your family of origin, and the values and boundaries that shape the way you step into parenthood.

Day 1 – Afternoon

Sensitive Connection with Your Baby

Through experiential games and gentle attunement exercises, we deepen the understanding of nonverbal cues, metacommunication, and the role of reflection and self-reflection in early bonding.

Day 2 – Morning

Sleep, Crying & Early Fears

We unpack how babies sleep, why they cry, and what helps them feel safe. You’ll learn to navigate sleep patterns, understand different types of crying, and build trust in your baby’s signals and your own instincts—rooted in essential newborn safety.

Day 2 – Afternoon

Feeding with Confidence

We explore breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and the balance between parental guidance and a baby’s emerging independence. Through situational exercises, you’ll practice reading feeding cues and responding calmly and confidently.

Day 3 – Morning

The Imagined Baby & the Baby Who Arrives

We look at the dreams, expectations and motivations that shape the transition into parenthood. You’ll learn about infant competencies, early motor development and the foundations of secure attachment.

Day 3 – Afternoon

Motherhood and Fatherhood

What does “being a parent” look like for you? We explore rhythms, routines, flexibility, and the internal resources that support confident, attuned caregiving for both mothers and fathers.

Day 4 – Morning

Birth, Postpartum & Newborn Care

We prepare for birth and the early postpartum days, focusing on emotional and practical readiness. You’ll receive hands-on guidance in newborn care and everyday essentials.

Day 4 – Afternoon

Becoming a Family

The final session supports your transition from couplehood to family life—celebrating strengths, understanding challenges, and exploring how to stay connected as your family grows. We also provide guidance on where to seek support when needed.

Tuning In to Birth

Birth Preparation

Birth is not just a single day — it is a process unfolding within you and between you. Opening. Letting go. Allowing somebody to be born. Teamwork. A relational process. This is the time to slow down and tune in — to your body, your baby, and to each other. We support you so you can look forward to the meeting with trust, without fear and with love.

Walking the path of labour with trust and calm

Birth preparation is not merely another item on the pregnancy checklist — it is a deeply meaningful experience and learning process that helps you prepare for one of life’s greatest transitions: the arrival of your child. This is a time to understand the changes in your body, learn the natural stages of labour and discover techniques that support you throughout the birthing process.
In our individual or group sessions, you will find a calm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere where you can meet other expectant mothers. You can freely ask questions, share your worries and joys, and realise that you are not alone — you are all walking a very similar path.

Throughout the course an experienced doula guides you through every important stage of pregnancy and birth. You will learn breathing techniques, pain-relief methods, and how to communicate effectively with midwives and doctors, whether you are giving birth in a hospital or at home.

We prepare you not only for the birth itself, but also for the early days with your newborn: we talk in detail about breastfeeding, newborn care, and the beginnings of emotional bonding.

All this takes place in a loving, accepting environment where your needs and your questions are always at the centre. We believe that information, preparation and awareness are key to a positive birth experience and confidence in early parenthood.
Join us and step into a supportive community that stands beside you at every step.

The birth preparation course is available in group or private (couple) format.

Doula Support

Every moment in birth matters — a touch, a glance, a quiet word. The mystery of birth lives within every woman — we simply offer space and support so you can experience it safely, with trust and in harmony with yourself.

Giving birth and being born in love

Doula support is more than simple assistance — it is a deep, trust-based relationship in which a knowledgeable, experienced and loving companion stands beside you during one of life’s greatest transitions: the arrival of your child. A doula does not replace medical care, but complements it by focusing entirely on you — your body, your emotions, and your needs — helping make birth safer, calmer and more connected. This presence also gently supports the baby’s journey into the world.

A doula’s primary role is to provide emotional support during pregnancy, labour, birth and the early postpartum period. She helps you process fears, encourages you and stays continuously by your side to offer strength and a sense of safety. Her presence is proven to reduce stress, ease pain, and increase the likelihood of a positive birth experience.

During labour, the doula supports you with various techniques: breathing guidance, massage, position changes, touch, and relaxation exercises that help manage pain and connect with your body’s natural rhythms. In birth, she often becomes one of your most important supporters — someone who creates an atmosphere of calm and trust, intuitively sensing what you need.

Doula care is always personalised: through conversations before the birth, she learns your needs, expectations and fears, and supports you accordingly. Whether your birth takes place at home or in a hospital, the doula is there to help you express your preferences and communicate effectively with the medical team, ensuring the most positive experience possible.
The doula’s role continues after the birth as well: she offers support with newborn care, breastfeeding, and helps create a sense of emotional safety and reassurance during the first — often challenging — days of motherhood.

If you want your birth to be not something you endure, but a full mind-body experience — with a companion who stands by you at every moment — doula support is the right choice for you. You are not alone here — we are with you, physically and emotionally.

At Home Together

Postpartum Doula Support

Parenthood starts right after the baby’s arrival. 24/7. And finally being at home in your new life is both magic and challenge: the postpartum period.
Some days feel easy, some bring uncertainty, and some days you simply long for a nurturing presence.
At times, it can even feel overwhelming or frightening.
We are here to offer safety, support and calm during those first tender weeks.

Support and Peace for the Early Days

The postpartum period is one of the most special yet most challenging phases of motherhood. During these weeks, your body and soul undergo immense changes while you try to find a new rhythm with your baby and your family. Rest and recovery are essential, as the first 42 days can shape the next 42 years. The presence of a postpartum doula during this time provides invaluable support, helping you not just survive, but truly live and enjoy the first weeks of motherhood.

Postpartum doula care is not only about practical help — though there is plenty of that — but primarily about emotional safety and acceptance. Your doula is by your side to listen, encourage, and help you process the physical and emotional changes, giving space to whatever feelings arise, whether they are joyful or difficult. All feelings are welcome.

This period brings many new challenges: physical recovery, the start of breastfeeding, disrupted sleep cycles and the evolving responsibilities of motherhood can all feel overwhelming. Not to mention the hormonal changes in the body. With professional experience and deep empathy, a doula helps you navigate these changes, supports newborn care and breastfeeding and offers practical suggestions to make daily life easier, reducing stress and uncertainty.

The emotional rollercoaster of the postpartum period is something many women experience: alongside joy and happiness, there may be fatigue, anxiety or even postpartum depression. In these moments, a doula is not just a helper but a compassionate companion who pays attention to your needs and, if necessary, guides you toward appropriate professional support.

If you want the early weeks of motherhood not to be something you struggle through alone, but a time supported by a warm, experienced, and caring presence, postpartum doula support is the perfect choice. Together, the journey becomes easier and more beautiful.

Postpartum doula support includes a minimum of three visits. More are available based on individual needs — weekly or twice weekly.

Processing and Being Present

Birth Experience Integration

Every birth tells a story. A story of a baby. A story of a mother. They may not be the same. Some unfold smoothly, while others leave lasting impressions. Processing is not about forgetting — it is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your birth. It is integration. We accompany you on this journey so you can be present again and be there for your baby — gently, safely.

Helping you reconnect with yourself and your story

Birth experience integration is not about forgetting or suppressing, but about reconnecting with your own emotions and body, and actively building your relationship with your child. It is acknowledgement of what has happened.

In our sessions, we create space for your feelings, helping you understand and process fears, disappointments, or uncertainties caused by intense experiences. Birth experiences are our most complex stories including many different layers. Integration is important so that past events no longer hold you back and you can focus on the present and your new role.

Typically, birth experience processing involves 4–6 sessions, though this varies for each individual.

Understanding Your Baby

Parent-Infant Consultation (ISZCSK)

Sometimes it is hard to figure out why your baby cries, wakes repeatedly, refuses to feed, or cannot be soothed. They do not arrive with a manual.
In the parent-infant consultation, we help you understand what your baby’s behavior is communicating to you.
When you understand what is going on inside your little one, your relationship changes too — days become easier, and your heart feels lighter.

Sensitive fine tuning to understand each other better every day

The integrated parent-infant consultation is a method designed to restore harmony in your relationship with your child. We recommend it for families experiencing challenges with sleep, feeding, breastfeeding, or for babies who cry frequently, are difficult to soothe, or whose signals are hard to interpret. If these difficulties persist over time, seeking expert support can be very helpful.

During the consultation, the 0–3-year-old infant and their parents are viewed together as the client. We observe the baby’s behavior directly and use a spontaneous, non-judgmental approach to help the parent-child relationship flow more smoothly again. Parent-infant consultation is a tool for early prevention and intervention, promoting healthy emotional development, secure attachment, and helping manage early difficulties in emotion and behavior regulation.

Our theoretical knowledge, practical experience, flexibility, and empathetic approach ensure that the consultation is emotionally supportive, accepting, and tailored to the family’s needs. We help you better understand your child’s signals so that everyday life becomes easier and more harmonious.

The consultation process usually brings significant changes after 5–8 sessions.

The Gateway to a New Chapter

Educational and Parenting Consultation

Suddenly, your little one sets off — with a tiny backpack full of curiosity and questions. And you stand at the doorway: letting them go, yet waiting for them to look back. Kindergarten or preschool is a story of moving away and coming closer again.
We help ensure that, even during this magical yet sensitive period, the thread of safety, play, and love remains secure between you.

Gentle guidance for the preschool years

Kindergarten and preschool is a unique little world: full of big emotions, new communities, first rules, and endless questions. Your child becomes more independent every day, while still deeply attached to you — and this duality can sometimes bring waves into everyday life.

During our consultation we help you understand what might lie behind challenging or sensitive behavior, how to support your child through preschool transitions, and how to set loving and secure boundaries. We guide you through fears, separation difficulties, sleep or eating challenges and help you interpret your child’s signals. You’ll receive practical, gentle tools that make both home and preschool days easier.

Preschool truly is a gateway: to growth, independence and new ways of connecting. And you don’t have to cross it alone — we are with you to make this period safe, playful and full of love and trust.

The consultation process usually brings significant changes after 5–8 sessions.

Meet the experts who support you

Orsolya Deseő

Childcare Professional · Early-Childhood Educator · Integrated Parent–Infant Consultant . Doula . Postpartum doula

I’m a mother of two teenagers and my journey to working with families began long before I realized it. For many years I worked in the business world until life gently steered me toward what truly matters to me: the beginning of life, and the people who hold it in their hands — the parents. I serve the newborns in love.

I believe that every child deserves to arrive into a world that feels safe, warm, and connected. Every baby matters. The first three years are a quiet but powerful foundation for everything that comes later: learning, relationships, emotional balance, even physical well-being. And while today’s children are different from previous generations, today’s parents face new kinds of challenges too. They want to raise their children with presence and intention, often while carrying the weight of too many expectations and too little support.

In my work, I am here to bring back ease, clarity, and gentleness. To help you understand your child’s signals, and maybe your own as well. To reconnect you with the joy that can get lost in the noise of everyday life. To be a conscious parent.

If you feel overwhelmed, if sleep or feeding have become difficult or if you simply want to talk to someone, to understand your baby or toddler more deeply — you do not have to walk this path alone.

I am here and we will navigate it together.

Johanna Takács-Tóth

Preschool Teacher · Movement Therapist · Integrated Parent–Infant Consultant

I have always been drawn to the world of little children — their honesty, their joy, the way they grow and unfold when they feel truly seen. I first trained as a preschool teacher at ELTE, then later as a movement therapist, and in both fields I witnessed the same truth: the earliest years leave deep and lasting imprints. When children arrive in our care, their stories have already begun — often with quiet strengths, sometimes with invisible challenges.

Becoming a mother strengthened something in me. I realized that supporting children starts with supporting the parents who hold them. If mothers and fathers feel safe, understood, and grounded, their children feel it too. This is what led me to train as an Integrated Parent–Infant Consultant at Semmelweis University, where everything I had believed intuitively finally found its professional framework.

Today, I accompany families so they do not have to navigate these important early years alone. I help parents understand what their baby’s signals mean, how to respond with confidence, and how to build a bond that feels warm, steady, and alive. I believe that a secure relationship is one of the greatest gifts we can give a child — and it begins with supporting the parent.

My work is guided by gentleness, curiosity, and deep respect for the unique journey of every family. My hope is that more and more parents can feel: “We are doing this together. We are not alone. And we are enough.”
